You can share roles Avoko send you and share your own internal opportunities with colleagues who you know are suitable, they can then indicate their interest in the role by joining Avoko too. No long forms to fill in, no ‘interview’ with an agency, just simple referrals from a trusted colleague.
Avoko’s Subject Matter Experts will then independently vet each CV received, sending forward only the highest calibre CV’s to the Hiring Managers, saving them both time and money.

‘Exclusive jobs’ are roles added by you or your trusted network, these roles are only visible to you and your network for a period of 7 days.
‘Broadcast jobs’ are roles either added or shared by Avoko with ALL Associates.
‘Shared by me’ are roles you have shared from your job list.
‘Added by me’ are roles which you have originated from your organisation and added, you can then share within your network.
In this case, the cash reward would be split equally between the number of Associates involved. Avoko limits the chain to only 3 shares, this means we can keep the referrals relevant and the power of advocacy is retained
